I think it would be relaxing, but the interval between each breath was too short for me so it was more distracting than relaxing. I even got dizzy by the end cause I was breathing to fast. Gonna try this one again counting on my own terms.
Definitely felt too fast. Slower would have been better. Blocked her out until she said finished and counted on my own.
