I’ve had ED issues on and off for years. Been using mojo about a year. a month ago I posted about a hookup with a girl I really like and have been talking to for a long time. Our first meeting we had sex once but it wasn’t the greatest, I struggled to get it up and was spectatoring the whole time. We had sex again later that day and I couldn’t get hard enough to penetrate. I felt terrible.
Fast forward about a month, she’s coming over for our second meetup (we live far). I was super nervous feeling like this is it, if I mess this up she’s done. I’d been doing mojo meditations, exercises, silencing the inner critic, etc. Long story short we had amazing sex. I felt confident and got huge. I focused on what pleased me and told her what to do - versus focusing on only pleasing her. She loved it. Once I got going there was no spectatoring or inner critic, everything came together. This really inspires me because yesterday I also had a hookup and it wasn’t really the greatest because I couldn’t get hard, so I’m even more motivated right now to fix this problem.

Keep at it and don’t give up based on one experience or even more than one. It feels hopeless but it is possible to turn things around!
I’m glad to hear this. I am in a similar situation, except I have not had the second meet up yet after the first one did not go well. I’m hoping I have a similar experience as you. I was in my head a lot for a week after that night, but starting to get better using meditation and breathing techniques

it’s crazy how much of it is in our head. Take your time, relax, do sensate, meditations, read the posts, silence the innter critic and build up your confidence. I was nervous right up until she arrived but it came together. Also I was probably only 50% hard as we got into it but I just enjoyed instead of spectatoring or giving up. Then I had her give me a handjob and blowjob and the rest was history.
