I am on a trip in Brazil and I am with this amazing girl, so Lovely attractive and hot. But for some reason my inner critic ran riot like he has never had before…I couldn’t control anything and obviously my little guy wouldn’t work as a result. Same happened again in the morning when I had to put a condom on. Feeling miserable this makes no sense why does my body do this

I’m in the exact same situation bro - just remember this is temporary keep up on the excercises on here it’s helping me a lot - what’s helping me is vilifying my inner critic - im more powerful than him he’s nothing but bad thoughts - he’s weak - we’re in this together bro you got this
