Do any of these stories sound familiar?

I can’t feel if I’m hard or not, and then I stress out that I’m not hard. Then it’s over…

The second I feel myself going soft, that’s it.

I agree with most all of these I’m seeing. For me I can’t even look forward to sex now because of not being able to perform the last couple of times. I had an erection while making out but as soon as we started to do a little more I got anxious and it didn’t happen. Also, I seem to go soft when switching positions.

I am super attracted to my partner, but once I feel like I’m starting to go soft I start to get an immense feeling on anxiety. I feel that my mouth goes dry, my heart is racing, my body feels extremely hot, and my mind starts to race. I’m so afraid of when this happens to me that it prevents me from continuing to have sex with my partner. And honestly it breaks her heart and I feel like I’m hurting us emotionally in those moments.

Once I’m cognizant of it it’s over.

I find myself avoiding sex with my partner, which creates a cycle of anxiety due to not having had sex in a while, thinking my partner is disappointed and unsatisfied

My partner is extremely experienced. I’m extremely inexperienced. She’s patient, loving, and kind, but I still usually struggle to get an erection. With a lot of contact it eventually happens, but then I find myself finishing quickly

This is almost my exact experience word for word.

I’m hard while making out, then lose it once it gets to penetration and I ‘have to’ be hard

While I was with my last girlfriend my housing situation became uncertain and with that anxiety I couldn’t get hard. My girlfriend tried to be understanding and she offered to “help,” but that only made it worse.

I worry about getting ans maintaining my erection with my partner - the thing is that if Im by myself and masterbuting, it’s not a problem

I used to be absolutely fine with my previous partner for over 20y. Now I am seeing a new person, which I am really attracted to but I cannot get hard. The moment I noticed during our first encounter that I am not getting hard as quickly as I thought I would, all sorts of worries came to my mind and now I am stuck in this circle. Even when I do get hard during the foreplay, it goes immediately soft when we are progressing to sex.

I feel the exactly the same way.
When i am alone i have good erection. The moment I try with wife - it activates anxiety. I feel shaky. Avoid sex altogether.

That’s exactly how I used to be! It got way better over time, but clearly I’m still working on stuff

I’ve had some of this, a while back. If this helps… Over time I came to realise she was just sad to see me hurt

Since always, my first time with someone is difficult or impossible. I am so hard and turned on up until the moment that sex is clearly imminent. At that point I get in my head, I get soft, I get self conscious, start trying to make sure she’s still having a good time, that she knows I’m attracted to her, trying to guess what she wants me to do to pleasure her. I can get back in the zone, but I notice a mole I don’t like on me, the temperature is 1 degree too low, or a fly farts too loud and I lose it again.

When I think of having sex with a woman, in my mind it feels like a mountain I need to get over

I was fine in my previous relationship, no problems or even hints of problems. My newer relationship, early on, it was clear she was more experienced. I felt pressure to perform and once I had problems once it spiralled.

I was fine until certain moment, a talk that my partner is not very fulfilled by our sex life that affected the quality if erections. I always think about it and the problem is here everytime we’re naked
