Does your mind feel different after a meditation for positivity?

I did enjoy enjoy it. As I was able to momentarily leave my worries behind. And refocus on gratitude rather than anxiety.

Perhaps slightly. Feeling a bit tired and anxious today but I’m still happy I did the meditation with the support of Mojo. Thanks, team!

I have to stay positive whether I’m trying to force it or not hopefully, I can get rid of whatever difficulties I’m dealing with and regain the joy of life

I started laughing when he said “joy” and “peace”, then the forced/fake smile became real. Kinda funny how that works

I found myself smiling as I became more relaxed

I actually felt very relaxed and lazy and almost sleepy after doing this for 5 minutes. I didn’t want to move from my chair
