New hear, any advice would be appreciated Married for 5 years (have a 4 year old) It has been a few years we have no had sex. After the child the sex life one could say is non existent. Sometimes when we try i am too much in my head and spectatoring. I’ve looked at porn before and some massge therapist, no problem. Feels like the attraction has lost. Now i get so worried that i dont even attempt to make the move, fearing i will dissapoint her ---

That’s tough. My wife and I are trying to have a baby and I can’t seem to get it up whenever we are at peak fertility. Keep it up! Gotta be open with your wife. ---

Sounds like there may be some deeper relationship challenges here but you’ve got to be open with your wife. I’m in a similar boat, I cum very quickly because fight or flight gets activated whenever my wife and I have sex, as I am so nervous to disappoint her again by cumming too fast… I need to get out of my head, but we also have a lot going on in our lives right now, which results in her rarely agreeing to have sex, which adds to the nervousness. same situation for me, worst is trying for 3 year. It was so stressful and hard to do every day and now with ED problem getting worse. I wish you good luck
