About a year ago, my confidence was fairly low, I had a few failed attempts at getting it up from one night stands. Tbf I was drunk with all of them but I was definitely in my head. Then I met this girl and we started dating. Couldn’t get it up the first time but the next date I went three rounds. Sex was great. Although I sometimes don’t last long I could go 2-3 rounds. Never had erection issues. She moved away though so we’ve basically broken up, we still text but aren’t together. I’ve had a few one night stands since then but been pretty mid, not hard or halfway. I think alcohol is a factor but also confidence. I don’t know why I’ve gone back like this. I want my confidence back. I just get anxious about sex now ---

Alcohol can definitely be a contributing factor. Another reason could be psychological, in the sense that you may need more than just physical attraction, and “perform” better when you feel a connection with someone (which is not as commonly with one night stands as with someone you’re dating) I’m just bouncing ideas though so don’t take my word for it
