Hi I’m 33 years old, and I enjoy my healthy masturbation routine. But when I ejaculate I always get this feeling of guilt and what was I doing enjoying this feeling. Does anyone feel this way and how to overcome this?
I’ve felt that way with masturbating for years, since around 18 , I’m 22 now, and I’ve stopped gooning and porn completely. I only have a feel, with no stimulation. At one point I started feeling shame even during it. Felt it was disgusting and wrong

I’m a bit older than you, but used to feel this guilt as well. Over time, however, the guilt has decreased significantly. I’ve learned to accept that I have these urges, and that it’s okay and natural to masturbate.
I grew up in a very religious family where sex and masturbation were shamed. I think I am still carrying some of that around. Maybe that’s happening for you, or something similar.
