Been on this app for a while practicing but wasn’t really seeing many results. I started taking the meditations and breathing patterns seriously on here and I finally started using them in the bedroom when I was getting intimate with my girlfriend. The whole time I was just worrying over nothing about my erections thinking I wasn’t getting hard resulting in me not getting hard. and this app has helped me hugely in seeing that so I’m very grateful and I had a good weekend having sex 8 times while not lasting long in many it was a huge improvement from before where I could not have sex at all. ---
