My main erection issue is when my partner and I engage in foreplay and I perform oral on her, which I absolutely enjoy doing. During those 10-15 minutes I go from rock hard to barely hard. As soon as I finish on her orally, she wants me inside but I don’t have the hardness and feel like I failed her. When I don’t have this break to perform oral, I’m perfectly fine. ---

Same issue. I like giving oral, and my partner wants me inside right away but I go soft while I’m doing it (even before I had ED issues this would usually happen). You could try 69 position so she’s giving you a BJ or HJ while you’re giving her oral. Could also stimulate yourself with your hand while giving her oral so you keep it up. ---

I believe This is just due to our concentration on oral, when I start to finish oral I’ll start jerking a bit or ask her to give me a short HJ before sex ---

This WAS 100% my issue. I could tell I was in my head checking if it was going soft……and guess what…. I went sort. Incredibly frustrating and embarrassing. Now the better news. I agree with the person above… I found, if we moved 69… it took my mind off it, got me out of my head a bit……I focussed on what was in front of me…. her pussy right in my face… it took my mind off what was going on downstairs… which moved me out of fight/flight mode. Also in reality, you know in your head that your erection will come back eventually….but in the moment you want it to come back NOW, if you can relax, breathe, and believe, it comes back more quickly…… This is my take. I suppose… understanding that you may go soft, but know it’ll come back… helps you relax… and boom it’s back… Well this is my experience…
