Super focussed, i kinda laughed a bit at the difference i felt. Felt kinda unusual but not bad. Bit tingly too.

I feel focused and ready to take on my next task

Feel good but it was tougher than I thought

Harder than I thought but did sort of clear the brain fog out

I feel a buzz in my hands and chest. My vision feels more focused.

I feel more light headed but also calm

More awake but it was hard to keep up but I like how it threw off my regular breathing pattern and made me focus on breathing
