I felt my mind racing but once I felt grab physical sensation in my groin while breathing, I was validated that breathing is connected to this whole process

I had started it some months ago. I believe that i will continue using it all my life. Its helping me at stresful situations

I’ve done hypnosis with breath work prior to this for a long time and it’s change my everyday life but I’ve never put it in this context before

Sometimes I find my stomach moves counter to how it should with each breath

My heart has been broken 5 years ago, I’m completely lost in life now we were together for 20 years and now she can’t stand me…I can’t stop thinking about her or remembering how she “loved” me back then and how she cant now it drives me insane

I’ve always know about breath work but for some reason, I never took it seriously. It’s really helpful for relaxing.

Hang on tight brother. If it was not meant to be, then it wasn’t. Life always finds a way.
