Didn’t feel tensions as such but I did notice that by focusing more on my breathing I felt more relaxed.
My mind definitely wandered, but it was nice to notice that and bring it back. I mostly had tension in my face that was easily released
I felt pretty focused during this. I felt some tightness in my belly and face.

I do this exercise fairly regularly, but have never focused specifically on pelvic floor and generals. This was helpful
I do box breathing regularly but haven’t really appreciated the value of a body scan until now. It does feel good! I’m not sure what it would feel like to have sex after doing this exercise but i am guessing it could be pretty great. I will have to try it!
