How was 2-1 breathing?

It was good. I would do it again when needed during the day.

You can never ever go wrong with this type of breathing exercise.

Very stupid exercise

Took a while to get used to breathing out longer than I breathed in.

It’s nice talking a longer exhale. I do it everyday before sleeping.

Nice feel very focusedly relaxed

My brain was racing through this the whole time, but I still kept being brought back to my breath and left it being more relaxed

Bare tired tonight, which can cause my mind to wonder a bit bit feel way more relaxed now. Huge!!

Felt calm. Easy to concentrate on just the breathing and not think of anything else.

I like this meditation the best

I also like this one a lot

This made me feel very relaxed afterwards. My breathing deeper and my attitude more calm. I like being in this state a lot. I have to make this apart of my daily routine

Couldnt focus , kept thinking work

Felt relaxed and calm, mind was relatively quiet

Took a second to get into but I do feel more relaxed
