It was good. I would do it again when needed during the day.
You can never ever go wrong with this type of breathing exercise.
Very stupid exercise
Took a while to get used to breathing out longer than I breathed in.
Itβs nice talking a longer exhale. I do it everyday before sleeping.

My brain was racing through this the whole time, but I still kept being brought back to my breath and left it being more relaxed
Bare tired tonight, which can cause my mind to wonder a bit bit feel way more relaxed now. Huge!!
