I use mindfulness all the time. Used it this morning before a date I was nervous about and ended up settling my anxieties enough to have a wonderful time!

Wow. Very calming. I tend to run in a panic from thought to thought, and feel desperate to achieve in order to feel deserving. All nonsense. When I take a break and be still, as I did during this meditation, my world slows down and I feel content and calm. Pressuring myself to be perfect is ridiculous. I am great as I am. Just breathe and be still

Feel pretty nice afterwards.

Dramatically lowered my heart rate, very peaceful

I definitely feel much more relaxed and fresh!
