I think this is a great amount of time but I could still get benefit from shorter sessions if I was time crunched and potentially would try longer ones to see if there is greater reward

Just realize that this is normal and it is perfectly OK. When your mind wanders all over the place, and it will, just smile a little and gently remind yourself of what you are focusing on right now, be it your breath, sounds in the room, etc. As you continue to practice, your brain will tie certain things to this calm, focused state. For example, I was driving the other day, and I was about to lose it on this guy. I was able to focus on my breathing just like I do when I meditate, and almost instantly my mind snapped into that cal,m focused state, but I have been working on this for a long time. My mind has made that association between counting breaths and being calm. I also have to give myself permission to meditate. If I don’t, I will be trying to “hurry up and meditate” so I can get to my next tasks. That is counterintuitive. When I permit myself to just be for 10 minutes, my mind can table all of the thoughts, knowing that I will get back to them when the time is right.
I’m seeing a difference. Practice practice and more practice.
Even with such a short meditation (5 minutes) I felt the state change. Longer might have been better though. I didn’t have time today
I did 15 minutes thinking that it would feel like a long time… I could have gone longer!
Relaxing
It was so relaxing. I would definitely do it for longer
Only did 5 as a starter, seemed more like 1 minute
i chose the 15 minute option. a little bit too long for me. right when you are starting to actually feel relaxed the guy started talking which kept distracting me.
10 minutes was about right.

So far I have found that to start the habit, 10 minutes could work. However, I have noticed that sometimes when I meditate at the begining of the day, my mind tends to think more on the work plan for the day.
I can go for 10 minutes. I think 5 minutes is too less to get in the zone
10mins is great, felt like I could go for longer. Last couple attempts didn’t have be convinced but this one seemed to erase my headache & zen me tf out.
I chose five minutes as I’m in bed amor to sleep but it feels too short, I’ll go with ten next time
Five minutes seemed too short, perhaps because of the instructions taking some of the time. Will try ten next time.
