How was meditating for that long?

Only went five minutes but could have gone much longer

The five minutes seemed to go by faster than I thought it would. Considering going longer after a few more practices.

It’s about right for me, 5 minutes. I can do that a couple of times a day

It’s hard to make time to consistently come back to meditation free from distractions while also making time to do the tasks and chores of being an adult and making time with my wife to enjoy our time together. I see the benefits of keeping time for me in the balance it’s just hard

Pretty good- if I have time in the morning maybe I’ll shoot for 15 minutes

I would go for 10 minutes, and do that at least once a day.

I would like to meditate for longer. I did 10 minutes. But I don’t think committing to 15 or 20 minutes is sustainable when my life is so busy.

That was fine will try longer next time.

I definitely think I can go longer! I did 10 min this time around

Realized I finished the 10 minutes, and I just had to go back to the middle of the sesh for an additional 5 minutes. Will def do this one more often

I did 15 minutes and it melted away. Didn’t feel like long at all. Left me feeling calm and comfortable. I’ll definitely be incorporating this into my daily morning routine.

I feel great after that. Counting the breaths really makes a difference in being more present with the moment!

I would actually love to do it a little longer. I hit 15 minutes and it seemed like he just paused longer between speaking.

There has been such chaos going on in my life as of late, I finally let myself have a full mental breakdown today, and I was able to do 5 min no problem

I did 10 and it felt like I was just getting started!

I did feel like I could go longer. I will do ten minutes again just to make sure before I make it longer
