How was meditating for that long?

I think 5 minutes it fine to start with

I started with 15, but feel like I need to go down to 10

10 minutes was good. My brain was so scattered beforehand and it really brought back a sense of calm

Started on 5 and definitely feel like if I get up earlier my body would thank me more for the 10

10 was good, just right.

I probably should have started with a shorter mediation session. I found that during the 15-minute-long session I was too fidgety, and a lot of stray thoughts came to my mind. I know that that is okay and to just return the focus back to my breathing. But if I am honest, it also felt a little boring as well. I think I will start smaller next time and see how that goes.

5 was too short. Too much narration for the 5 minute session, there was no time to actually sink into counting the breaths- too many interruptions from the narration.

5 felt right. I’m not a sit still person and prefer things like yoga where my body is moving.
