How would you describe your inner critic?

Like a more menacing, hateful version of myself lost demonic. Always seems to be in the shade or shadow.

me but a lesser version, a smaller, more timid, version of myself always in the back of my mind

Same version on me and is always there when it’s time to perform saying is it gonna happen this time

It was a bigger, stronger, more imposing version of myself. A wildfire that destroys everything in its path.

My inner critic feels rigid and visually looks like he’s made of a brick wall. He manifests in the tension in my body, and judgmental thoughts of myself and others. He’s a manifestation of my defendedness.

My inner critic is my demon. It’s the angry head demon that tells me otherwise because it knows I will listen. Because it knows my insecurities and I’m afraid they will expose them, so I follow suit. I refuse.

A knawing feeling of disappointment and inadequate

A fluid image of my imagination that shifts into any what-if or bad time I may have ever had. It’s an over cumbersome disability that dwarfs my thinking and takes control of my comfort and well-being

Anxious.. powerless, fearful

Hatefull

Realistic and maybe too serious

Its a very subtle feeling but i almost always identify with it so well to the point where I almost surrender to the feeling and treats it as facts that confirms my inadequacy

Very superficial and judgmental

Anxiety, fear and a touch of shame.

My inner critic shows me how pathetic I am from an out of body perspective.

I imagine my inner critic as an older and wiser version of me. Always reminding me of where I’ve failed in the past and discouraging me from trying again.

It’s a sensation. Like a hot flush of shame, gut sickness and occasionally guilt. It makes me appalled and my heart beats faster like it’s trying to make me throw up. It takes over my whole body.

It’s a feeling kind of a coldness that washes over me. The feeling of anxiety fear and shame but not violent and angry just cold.

Darker and dirtier version of my self. A pyroclastic debri flow from volcano that sits dorment until it explodes with speed and intensity

A younger, chaotic version of me. He drives a 1996 Chrysler lebaron convertible in the snow and is always on 10
