# I have a lot of trouble feeling any pleasure during the senate exercise

As the title suggests I have a lot of trouble feeling any pleasure during the senate exercise. I am relaxed when I do it and can easily focus on the exercise and the touch. But it feels boring and not pleasurable. What am I doing wrong?
