I enjoy it, but it’s hard to take time for it, so this will be a nice way to stay on track and practice
I want to find time to properly try meditation. I already see the difference when I do the short meditation/breathing exercises.
Im trying to reach a point where meditation becomes a daily practice. Bot only for “better erections” but overall as way to self regulate and monitor my thoughts and feelings about subjects that normally take me a long time to process.
It helped, when medicated, to slow down my thoughts and keep me in the moment, not controlled by the moment
I want to stop feeling like I’m outside of my own brain in the bedroom. Like when things start escalating, it feels like I’m more of a passion my head than in control, no matter how mindful I am outside of those situations
I would like to feel better. To think differently. To be less angry and less negative. To have more control.
Meditation helped me become far less reactive and judgmental. It helped me through a divorce and turned me into a more confident, empathetic, and assertive person.

To control the inrush of negative unrelated thoughts that distract me from what I’m doing. .
I have believed in meditation for a long time but never gave myself the time and space to pursue it. I want this to be that moment.

My goal is to use mindfulness techniques to enhance my mind body connection, and control my boners better and get more pleasure without need of external stimulation, like from porn. I wanna be able to whip it out any where any time and bust a nut on command
