I’ve been doing the soft penis pleasuring exercise as recommended by the app, and I notice that I often get turned on while doing it. I let my erection go down and continue with the exercise, but I am still turned on mentally. I want to let myself get hard and masturbate after the 10 minutes, but I wonder if this would ruin the effect of teaching my subconscious that it’s ok to not get hard. What do you guys think?

Oh tell me about it - I indulged and probably had one of the most enjoyable jerk off session I’ve had in ages! A reward for 10mins of discipline!

I have done the exercise since and wasn’t so aroused and it has been worthwhile.

I think it is a healthily balance !
