I’m recently experiencing performance anxiety again due to a bad sexual experience where I couldn’t get it up. This has kind of made me scared of sex and I’ve kind of paired it with the anxiety and obsessive thoughts I have about not being able to get it up. This has just decreased my sexual arousal completely almost. I don’t see women as attractive anymore and I’m not as horny as I normally am. Is this normal to come with performance anxiety?

Hello brother, Ive been having some trouble with libido and overall confidence after a bad experience with my gf after 5 years of awesome sex. It has been almost 4 months since that day, and I can say it is a slow process from my experience to gain your full confidence back. This app has been awesome in the explore section (stories, meditations, and therapy). Last week i fucked at 7/10, and it was pretty awesome. So have so patience and keep at it. Do the work and have courage, this will pass for sure. By the way, yesterday I lost my erection while at foreplay but i kept my cool and it instantly worked again. The key is to be calm and trust your body and the work you have put into it. Good luck!
