I was on a good steak of being able to have proper sex. However, last night I was with a girl I’m very interested in and I couldn’t preform whatsoever this crushed my confidence and I’ve been spiralling.
Has anyone experienced this before? I can’t think about anything else
Yep….prob happens to all of us.
It’s just a minor setback, focus on the positives you’ve achieved.
Would you be disappointed if a girl “wasn’t in the mood”…of course not.
U just weren’t in the mood for it probably. Keep thinking about all of the good things you achieved and that this stuff happens to the best of us. Try again and don’t get discouraged man, you’ll find a way. Also use some breath work and meditation to keep those problems out of your mind.
