Yes try new things like suggestions from this app and explore new feelings, don’t be robotic and routine with the same rhythm, pressure and strokes (which is probably what most of us have been doing wrong for years not knowing) I already feel like I’m getting different and more intense sensations. I found that light pressure up and down the ridge on the bottom of the shaft after build up through edging and stop start gave me a peak orgasm.
First off, you are not broken. Even holding that belief during masturbation/sex will take you out of the moment and thus decrease your orgasm. To tamper that belief down, try meditating for 5-10 minutes before you begin masturbation. It will amplify the sensations you are longing to feel. Additionally, you can try masturbating once every two to three weeks to reap the “full experience”. Personally, I have found that when I abstain for a prolonged period of time I have a wonderful experience. Lastly, I would try to take it as slow as possible. Rushing through it will make the experience less fun, more robotic, and far more passive (these all lead to decreased sensations). In short, abstain for 2-3 weeks, meditate for a little before, and take it easy.
