I used nicotine pouches for 2 years and it definitely has had an effect on my erection and libido. I would advise not to use nicotine in high doses or at all. Anyone else experience problems with erections and libido with high nicotine use?

Ya man I’ve done as much at home research as possible, spoke to a doctor a bit about it and I think you should quit. I’ve relapsed quite a bit but when I use mojo and are off the nicotine I do see progress

I’ve stopped using Zyn for over a month now. I am hoping for positive results but believe my issues are more in my head than anything. I read the same about zyns and nicotine so I think removing them is the right course of action

Same boat here. I’m thirty one and i’ve used nicotine since I was twelve. Pretty much daily since I was at least fifteen. I wouldn’t say I feel like I felt the effects of nicotine, until recently. But at the end of the day, it has a lot to do with overall lifestyle diet and a lot of other variables like stress.
I’ve kicked dipping and gone back and forth between smoking, vaping and using zyns for some time. Im about to quit vaping and reduce smoking cigarettes heavily. I do believe I’ll feel better in alot of ways!

I definitely think nicotine plays a pretty significant part, but yeah, more than anything being in your head can completely ruin the moment.

I used to be a heavy smoker and I’ve been on and off a year now, still couldn’t fully get over tobacco use. I also used to think that it was the reason why is had my ed, but when i discovered that even when i quite things just didn’t work as i hoped they would, and thinking back, i had better sex when i was using cigarettes made me think that this just isn’t the only reason. Quitting tobacco isn’t the magical lifestyle change we might be looking for, but nevertheless, it’s best to do so, even if you’re never going to have sex for the rest of your life. At least you’ll be alive for longer.
