PE Help and results

Has anyone had success with this app helping with PE? I feel like I haven’t learned much in this area. Thanks!

Kegels, meditation, start stop masturbating, and taking a break from porn all helped me out. Other things like shrinking the critic and finding out about my triggers and the source of my anxiety also helped. I’ve been on the app for a few months, and as of now, the last few sex sessions have lasted 20 minutes or so. Once that confidence boost comes back, you’ll be in better shape. Hang in there.
