# Penis pump routine

Hi, I read using a penis pump training would work, but a penis pump does not work at all with me. Yes there is some blood drown to the Penis but it is never close to being hard. Has anyone a similar experience? Do I do something wrong?

Hi there, you’re not alone. I regularly use a penis pump to treat my ED.  
The pump draws blood into the penis via negative pressure but is never truly rigid. Using a cock ring at the base of your penis after you pump keeps the blood in the penis.  
It is important to not use a cock ring for more than half an hour.  
Combine your penis pump routine with other exercises on this app. Wax and wane and penis root masturbation for example.

So you pump. Stop, use the ring and pump again?? Or do you use the Ring before you start to pump? Can you recommend a pump? The Hydromax is not that great, at least how I use it and I can only use it in the shower as it needs water.

Mate,

It is best to put the ring on before you use your pump, but make sur the the ring isn’t too tight, just comfortably snug so that it allows your penis too expand while you pump without pain. I can’t advise you on what penis pump is best for you because I am not a qualified urologist. Consult medical adviser. I am currently using an air pump but am considering buying a Hydromax. I hope that my reply helps you make an imformed decision.
