(M 70) Has anyone not been able to climax? My therapist said that masturbating to achieve a climax doesn’t need to be the primary goal and that there are many other ways to experience orgasms.  
However I can’t climax anyway however much I want to.  
Any suggestions?

Are you playing solo or with a partner?

I was in a sexless marriage for years and only finished with my own hand. Solo or with her… (because I went solo so often…) now I still have trouble finishing in the presence of my new gf. She can’t finish me no matter what she does…. I end up taking over and I still have trouble… even tho she’s talking dirty, encouraging me and all that!!  
Recently she took me in her mouth as I finished myself. That was heaven….. And a step in the right direction!!

Similar experience, just got my first sexual aortner snd can’t finish from just her mo matter what I have to struggle and sweat it out to cum when shes there, but same thing, she took me in as I was finishing and it was great! So different

I’ve had that issue for a while as a 39 yr old gay guy. Can’t get off with others anymore. For me it’s because of pressure I feel, possibly not into the activity or don’t find it arousing, or am too focused on the other person. It’s not like I ever get lost in it anymore like I did when I was younger and making bad decisions. Now there are more things that are hangups and unpleasant or gross about sex.
