I have been struggling recently with a porn addiction. Every chance I get I am scrolling through porn and I can’t seem to stop. Every time I have sex with my girlfriend I finish within minutes and would like some advice

In my opinion, if you can get erection without porn, just leave it. Focus on box breathing, penis root masturbation, wax and wayne, etc…
