Subscription problem

Very disappointed I thought I cancelled through the App Store and I just got hit with another years billing not happy and very disappointed with Mojo

Does it show as expired under your Apple subscriptions?

Hey super strange this happened. Did apple charge you or did we? If it’s us please contact support and we’ll get it sorted for you.

If it’s Apple, you’ll need to ask them for a refund, they sadly don’t let us manage it :frowning:
