There is hope Mojo World

If you are on here there is hope for you. Never stop trying to improve. One year ago I was in a much worse place sexually not understanding myself or why this was happening at all. I have made massive improvements since then and have had successful sex on multiple occasions. There is hope. I credit Breathwork and Meditation and Kegels and Reverse Kegels and Physical Exercise and Quitting Porn or at least Trying To. Do these things every day and you will get better. Don’t stress about anything outside of your control. If I can do it you can do it too.

Really encouraging to read this. Can I ask how long it took you to start seeing results? How often did you use the app and do the exercises? And did you also do things like kegels and meditation every day, on top of the daily exercises?
