For the first time in 7 attempts (as in days) I’ve been with my new gf and couldn’t get and stay hard. We fooled around and it let to sex. I was still very much in my head and fought it. Ended up her getting on top and riding me for 5 minutes before I lost my erection for good. Since this is the first time I’ve gotten hard enough to penetrate her I’ll take it as a minor win. I have evidence that indeed I can do this…. Just going to keep going now. Best of luck to all.

That’s definitely a win and something you can build on! Relax and keep enjoying sex without thinking about the past that much
