I’m 19 and scared.
So about 2 months ago I moved to a temporary home away from my family, friends, and most importantly, my girlfriend.
Everything was fine for the first month with my body. I’d get full erections, and sometimes my (temporarily long distance) girlfriend and I would talk about what we would do to eachother when we finally saw eachother; which would give me a full erection.
About a month ago, I got to see her. We had an amazing time. But in the first night in bed with her, she made me climax very very hard, so much so that it hurt my penis. Since that moment, erections have been hard to get, and impossible to maintain.
Last week I got to see her again, and on the first night I saw her, I had probably my second full erection in the last month. This erection lasted multiple rounds, never painful, and felt amazing. But for the next 4 night with her, it was the same; no full erections, and what I did get would go soft quickly.
Other than this time, my erections will go soft almost immediately if I stop stimulating them. And, they are not full erections.
Being away from home, my diet has taken away turn for the worse. I’ve been keeping up on my protein, but I’ve just realized I haven’t been eating many foods that boost testosterone. As of yesterday, I’ve started to incorporate them into my diet.
Also being away from home, I find myself more anxious, lonely, and all around a little more sad.
I’m not sure if the diet or the painful climax or sadness have anything to do with my ED, but I don’t really know what else it could be. If anyone has had a similar experience or suggestions, I am all ears.
It’s also important to mention that this away-from-home situation is only going to last another 1.5 months. But I don’t really want to wait until I’m home to start working on my ED.
