Having an inner coach really helps to push away the negative thoughts that pop up
Hope this gives some of you guys a laugh. My inner coach has taken the form of Gandalf from LOTR 
He’s saying to the inner critic: YOU SHALL NOT PASS!
Apparently my mind is a very weird place

My inner critic sounded like Samuel L. Jackson… and everyone knows not to fuck with that man. So does my inner critic now.
I’ll use the coach to encourage me to keep trying in spite of the negative critic
I think before hearing what the inner critic has to say. It’s more important to hear the coach. Might not even be worth giving the critic the time to speak.

My inner critic is harshly aggressive…so im starting to feel like the coach needs to be that person that stands up to the bully. My coach needs to tell the critic to F off finally

My inner coach is encouraging and optimistic opposite of my critic
My coach and critic both used imagery rather than actual words to argue their points of view. Thankfully I feel like recent events have provided my coach with a good rebuttal to the critic.
My inner critic is scared and tells me that I won’t get it up so that it protects me from failing to please someone. My coach reminds my critic that we have gotten it up before, had great sex before with someone, and reminds me that pleasure is in more than just my penis.
My inner critic is more like sensations of fear, and once I feel that fear in my groin area, my inner critic starts to talk about it saying stuff like this isn’t what you should feel, you haven’t felt pleasure before, we shouldn’t go there then my inner coach is look what beautiful woman you have in your bed how sexy she is and it’s all yours enjoy her, my inner coach his voice sounds like my brother voice pushing me to better
