What works for you when you’re tense?

You’re activated. Cortisol is up. You need to discharge or decompress.
Examples:

  • Have a long, hot shower
  • Go for a boxing class
  • Call someone and vent
  • Masturbate without porn
  • Say out loud any words that need to come out, including swear words (not in public!)

Do some pushups, go for a walk

Open the window, sit by the window, or go for a walk. Benefits of nature and benefits of being more publically visible so watching porn isn’t an option
