Whatever your relationship status, how do you feel about discussing erection issues or early climax with a partner?

I hear you and I’m in a long distance relationship too. In our circumstance, a lot of pressure is placed on us to perform because we only have a certain amount of time to be with this person. I noticed that my Ed went away on its own when I was in a more steady relationship because it gave my body time to trust that person. I was taking black maca root powder and practicing mindfulness meditations before I even started this app. I remember doing mantras in my head while having sex with this girl and then something just clicked. But then me and her stopped talking and then it felt like I started from the ground up again. Having ED as a young man is scary and it makes me feel helpless because I used to be able to get hard on command but something just changed a few years ago.
As far as your situation, I say you tell her because it adds more anxiety on your part by withholding that information. And honestly if this girl treats you any different then she’s likely not the one for you man.
I chose not to tell the girl I’m in a long distance relationship with until it happened for the second time and man let me tell you that was one of the hardest conversations I’ve had but I’m better off for it. Initially she thought i wasn’t attracted to her and was getting self conscious but then I told her about the app. I showed her the chats I was having with the mojo AI. The chats predated our relationship so she developed an understanding. Then we did the wax and wane exercise together and it was so hot. I say get it over with man you’ll be better off for it. I’m rooting for you!!
We’re going to be okay. I do however notice a big difference when I’m consistent about taking black maca root, staying hydrated, and have better eating habits. Just test out different brands and see what works for you. You typically feel the results when taken consistently within about 2 weeks.
I did try viagra when I was with her and I noticed that I wasn’t spectating when I had sex with her the following morning.

If you’re with a supportive partner that really loves you, don’t worry they will understand and try to help you. Believe me they want you to succeed

Unsexy

My wife understands

Nervous to bring it up with new partners as I don’t know them that well yet.

Would be incredibly nervous to speak about it with a new partner

My baby will always understand

I dread talking about it and would avoid at almost all cost… I unfortunately dont think she would be understanding and supporting

I worry that I’m going to be judged or rejected, or made to feel worthless.

Nerve wracking

Most of the time I can find it a passable challenge with my current partner. It can be difficult but she is supportive and listens. I do occasionally get overwhelmed with my insecurities however and feel like she doesn’t want to hear

I think now that I know it’s not a physical thing but a mental and emotional thing I feel a lot more comfortable.

Being able to connect anxiety and feeling like I’m forced to perform makes that an easy topic to explore

I’m very uncomfortable with discussing early climax. I’m going to have to baby step this one.

I have discussed this with my partner, before, during, and even after the event. I’ve found that being open and vulnerable about it helps it not become some big problem but just something that can happen. I’ve come to learn that the reason I get nervous is because I care so much about my wife and her experience and it shows I do want her to have a good time. Recognizing this has helped me get through the nerves quicker and focus more on being present and enjoying the moment however it ends up going.

I’ve been trying clear communication about my serial issues with my partner and it’s actually led to better sex. We’re definitely more adventurous, trying new positions and toys to see what’s fun and what does or doesn’t work. Being willing to accept my difficulties and allowing her to be involved in solutions has been exciting.

I always feel
Embarrassed even though my girlfriend is very supportive. I always feel like I’m letting her down

In a hookup scenario, I tend to joke about it to make it light hearted. But I want to start taking it more seriously and own it . Own it so pressure is fully off

I’m just starting to be more open and honest with my partner, and finding it a bit difficult, worried about freaking her out. But I’ll push through because I know I need to be able to have these conversations

she knows i cant cum during sex but shes still supportive. lately i noticed we js stopped after she cums which is cool cause ik itll js be extra work trying to get me to cum. but i know she wants me to cum in her cause she asked me when i was going to and my whole body shut n froze up n i put my head down and just said “when u make me”. it came off so sassy n i apologized but deep down she doesn’t know this is sth i been trying to fix for her for so long. last time i came from sex to her was the forth of july

It sounds tough, and I don’t know exactly how to approach it, but I would like to treat it in a non-serious way that still takes ownership . How do I talk about it in a way that’s still fun, still flirty?
