# Why Does this keep resetting to “ kick start challenge”

I miss a couple of Days and I’m back to 0/7 days complete on the kickstart challenge? This sucks. I hate repeating these modules. When does this get interesting? Is this supposed to work like this ? Meaning if miss a couple of days it resets all my progress?

Anyone else have this issue?

Hey there,

The kickstart challenge is like a streak, it goes away after 7 days of continuous use. But tbh, we’ve been thinking about changing it so that it keeps the progress.

Don’t worry though, it’s not resetting the course for you. The reason it’s asking you to repeat them is because it’s the exercises are only effective if you repeatedly practice them.
