# Wife is not helping matters

Married 20 years and last year did not have sex for a while (6 months) due to a host of factors, including my wife having a hysterectomy. Now I am having erection problems and doing the self fulfilling prophecy cycle. I get hard masturbating so I know it is mental. The main problem for me is my wife feels like she is the problem even though I tell her otherwise. Also, when I go soft or can’t get a quick erection, she just wants to stop trying and says we can try another time…no patience at all. Sometimes, I just need some time being 60 years old now. Any advice as to how I can help her help me?
