31M โ€” PE since my early 20s, now can't get hard easily. Anyone else?

College masturbation habit was fast and compulsive โ€” multiple times per session for years. Didnโ€™t realize the damage until my first sexual experiences around 23-24, when I was finishing in under 30 seconds. Used desensitizers to get through it. Never actually fixed anything.
The PE made me anxious. The anxiety killed my erections. That loop has been running for 7-8 years and has gotten progressively worse.
Now at 31: I can ejaculate in 10-15 seconds from minimal touch with zero erection. Canโ€™t get hard solo without tadalafil. No morning erections. Lost reflexive arousal to female touch entirely over the past few years.
Currently doing pelvic floor relaxation work daily as I think the continuous masturbation habit caused a hyperpnic pelvic floor, and fixed my sleep, working through a structured retraining protocol.
Has anyone had this specific pattern โ€” PE first, then ED developed from the anxiety around it? What actually helped long-term beyond just medication?
Not looking for quick fixes. Just want to know if anyoneโ€™s been here and what moved the needle.

I think this is where mine started. Your story is very similar. In college etc I would masterbate every day, cum quick as a process to help me sleep. I suffered from PE. With my current partner bought desensitizers and lasted for longer etc. Then one day just couldnt get it up. That thought has stuck in my head and the lead up to it. So I am now in a situation where I can lose the erection quite easily. Take viagra sometimes to help with it but I definitely think my use of daily masterbation and worries around PE have made a not great situation into a now worse one.
