Firstly, I am not able to have erections that last longer than few mins. This gets bad when I am in standing position on my feet. I just lose it and the penetration does not happen and this makes me further anxious with thousands of thought about my own self and the partner feeling.
Is there any technique or thought process that keeps the erection longer without any ED medicines? There is so much stress and attention to the erection when I get it that how long its going to last, is it hard enough, is it likeable by my partner etc⦠Please suggest something to be highly confident and the tricks that can change game.
