Does your mind feel different after a meditation for positivity?

not really lol

I’ve been doing this meditation a couple of times a week for the past four weeks. I’m now feeling way more positive about everything and much better able to shrug off life’s little irritations that would have left me angry or frustrated before. Repetition with this meditation is really worth the effort

Definitely made me calmer after a long day of work and stress, given me the chance to reflect on how I let things impact my mood that are in reality really trivial.

It’s nice just to relax the body and breathe. Mind still wanders though

Feel more calm and happy

Not helpful

Meditation always feels beneficial but this one wasn’t anything special

I like the idea of associating the different words with exhale and inhale

Not sure if some people just aren’t really very susceptible to meditation techniques or i just need to do it a lot more, but I never really feel anything from these

Feels similar to any other breathing meditation I’ve done

I like how I started to smile and feel happy with these mantras

It centers me and helps me slow down

No impact… yet

It did. Need to commit to doing longer sessions for further benefit

Very good nice meditation

I enjoyed the 5-minute session, and feel the longer sessions would bring more benefits. To next time!

The nerves I felt in my stomach before the session dropped a lot as the meditation went on.

Really calms and focuses the mind

I have issues with stress and anxiety and just with the 5 minute session I found my breathing less shaky and laboured to more smooth and relaxed.

Getting over the fact that I felt silly in the beginning and just embracing the exercise and getting over myself was key I think.

Found it hard to focus, but I do feel more relaxed
