Found this one harder to get into than the others I’ve tried on this app. Something stubborn in me resists being told to ‘be positive’ because I associate it with people shutting down anyone who is experiencing negative emotions (‘good vibes only’ toxic types) but I know that’s not what this is
will give it another few goes.
It helped me to reset in a moment when I was feeling frustrated and a bit sad and helped to to remember that I’m going to be ok.
I did feel a subtle increase in wellbeing
Had a lil cry
Gave a little bit of relief
I feel more aware of my surroundings
App kept crashing… did it on my own though and feel better!

Now it does. I see how sticking to practice makes it more and more enjoyable and usefull. I found myself breathing calmly today and it felt great.
Yes it was a wonderful experience. I have used sleep meditation a lot in the past year. Now when I do regular guided meditation I tend to still fall asleep. I was able to stay alert and into the meditation with great feelings of calmness and happiness. I tend to naturally go to negative thoughts so that was a welcoming feeling.
I feel more mentally clear. Less negative background thoughts.
