Mind and body felt a sense of peace

Didn’t start very calm but eventually got there.

Felt strange at the start but I then got into it.
It did clear my mind

Seemed to help relax me. I think I’ll do this after my box breathing.

Not significantly different but I was wanting to stretch instead of just laying there…stayed with the breathing and the joy/peace thing the whole time.

First time properly meditating, and noticeably calmer mind at the end

My mind does feel calmer, my hands also feel like they’re radiating calm/powerful energy

Feels quite good. Very satisfying
