I feel great like my mind is more quite and I’m getting through urges it’s good. Proud of this excercise I think it’s a good one.

Slightly Different. Today I really focused on it since the last few weeks have been stressful, so it was nice to focus and find positivity amongst the stress, to quiet it down for a bit.
I feel more relaxed and focused. I would say I felt an overall positive outlook after completing the exercise.
It quieted down my self doubt and the inner destructive monologue.
I feel good and felt like I gained a fresh set of feeling or lens like I can now think from a more positive state of mind it’s nice.

It does help me by the end. This time around, I tried to visualise how or what makes me feel joy and peace whilst breathing.
This was helpful, I have been very pessimistic that just having a positive attitude can turn things around, but I feel better after this
