Does your mind feel different after a meditation for positivity?

I feel a bit better. I’m going to see a friend and want to have a good time. I deserve it. I’ll make sure I do.

Feeling relaxed

Not specifically due to it being a meditation for positivity. I always feel a little more relaxed after a meditation session.

Good routine to start the day with peace.

Idk about joy but definitely more peaceful

I do feel a little more peaceful and content, especially after a very stressful day.

Yes, I slowly started connecting my breath with joyful and peaceful memories and this brought some serenity in me

Yes definitetly

I found the words easy, but I’m not sure the smiling worked.

Yet

It was easy at the beginning but then hard to focus because the negative thoughst just keep comming

Actually The Smiling worked

I feel at peace. My mind was wandering at first but as I kept going, I could feel it slowing down.

I didn’t expect this to work. But after 15 minutes of I do feel more at peace and ready for the day. Sure I might find sex hard later today. But I’ll still connect with my partner. Still feel loved. Still vet to feel good.

That’s pretty awesome.

Clearer, not totally positive but some freedom of thought

Finding meditation is helping me stay present, stopping my mind running away as much and letting be just be in a moment.

My mind naturally struggles to stay in place, I start imagining things, almost dreaming. But the practice is helping me redirect the thoughts to stay back on where I am

That was so simple yet very effective, for some reason, I felt like I was in a safe box, no negative thoughts just positivity flowing through me, happy thoughts and scripts.
