Does your mind feel different after a meditation for positivity?

Helped to ground me in my day.

This.was.amazing.

I’m usually a pretty positive leaning person in my day to day. However, I felt agitated during this session. I think I’ve gotten too many meditation prompts in a row.

Meditation always make me feel more grounded and at peace… the power of the breath is amazing!

Liked the words as anchors - worked well for me, helped empty my mind

I felt genuine joy after and found myself smiling for real

Feeling more peaceful, and while I don’t know if I feel any more joyful, I feel more primed to accept joy and linger on the positive
