Does your mind feel different after a meditation for positivity?

This one was tougher for me to stay focused on the intention but I still feel nice.

I had reason to be happy before. Smiling during the meditation made me realise it.

Feels like the most relaxing meditation session so far. Great exercise.

It was nice to intentionally summon the feelings of peace and joy. I never realized I could be doing that on command

Had a pleasant mindset before I started this meditation. And this enhanced and I am still smiling while writing this. Totally worth doing often.

I’ve never meditated before these exercises, so it was a little awkward at first (I have ADHD, so my mind tends to wander.) But the last few exercises have made me feel more relaxed

I enjoyed that one, realised I’ve been too negative in the past with all the sh*t that happens in life, easier than I thought!

Feeling calmer somewhat. Looking forward to explore longer sessions

Felt a lil bit like i was inviting joy, and exhaling peace, but my mind did wander. my body felt calm though

Thinking positively always helps

Being intentional with being positive. Not just waiting for it to happen and line up
