I’m on a romantic getaway with my girlfriend for her birthday and I can’t get out of my head worrying and catastrophizing about my performance. We’ve been having sex without any hiccups lately, and did it twice yesterday, but today I woke up feeling really inadequate. Trying to be positive and remind myself that my dick works, but the anxiety is hard to shake right now.

Remember the mental exercises on here and meditations. When you have a thought say “is it negative, is it true, is it helpful”…and get past that thought. These thoughts are negative, they’re not true (since you had sex twice ytd with no problem), and they’re not helpful. Perspective changes everything! Focus on the successes you’ve had and be positive about it, shut that inner critic down! You got this
