How did that feel?

That was ok. I think I need to get in a different position than sitting on the couch

Ive done this before sitting. Couches, chairs. I tried it laying down. More relaxed for sure.

I feel like I digested. I definitely feel calmer and in some way hungry

I feel light. And calmer than when I started the exercise. Definitely better.
